以宁夏海原香水梨为试材，采用分光光度法对香水梨多酚氧化酶（PPO）及不同抑制剂的动力学特征及其底物对组织褐变的影响进行了研究。实验表明：香水梨PPO活性是随时间变化逐渐增加，正好与香水梨出现褐变的时间吻合；将邻苯二酚和焦性没食子酸两种底物与香水梨PPO作用后进行全波段（200 nm～650 nm）扫描，274、275 nm处有吸收峰，可推断香水梨PPO作用邻位二元酚和三元酚能力很强；以邻苯二酚为底物，测定不同抑制剂对香水梨PPO活力的影响，抑制效果依次为抗坏血酸>间苯二酚>L-半胱氨酸>EDTA。

In this experiment,Ningxia Haiyuan Pgrus ussuriensismaxim as material,using spectrophotometry to Pgrus ussuriensismaxim polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and different inhibitors and substrates on the dynamic characteristics of Tissue Browning were studied.Experiments showed that Pgrus ussuriensismaxim PPO activity was gradually increased with time change,just browning time consistent with Pgrus ussuriensismaxim appear;the catechol and pyrogallol two substrates and Pgrus ussuriensismaxim after PPO of full band (200 nm-650 nm) scanning,274 nm,275 nm of a peak, Can be inferred Pgrus ussuriensismaxim PPO ortho phenol and three yuan two yuan strong ability to phenol;Catechol as substrate,to determine the effects of different inhibitors on the activity of PPO inhibitory effect of Pgrus ussuriensismaxim,followed by VC>L-cysteine>resorcinol>EDTA.

According to the structural characteristics of the perfume bottle cap,a pair of automatic unscrewing injection mold was designed. The molded parts,the cooling system,the ejection system and the given-distance parting mechanism were mainly analyzed. By using“hydraulic cylinder+rack+gear”transmission mechanism and multi-step sequential liquid ejection mechanism, the purposes of internal thread automatic demoulding is reached. Practice prove that the mold structure is advanced and reasonable, plastic parts reaches the technical requirements.

为了筛选出适合高温条件下生长的月季品种，选定7个具有一定耐热性的品种绯扇、冰山、蓝斯带、香欢喜、红双喜、香水黄和芝加哥和平，通过在深圳高温的温室条件下栽培和鉴定，研究常温和高温对月季品种形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明：在形态方面，7个月季品种高温下，生长比较缓慢，冰山和绯扇的生长相对较好，开花数量和开花质量也较好，而香水黄和芝加哥和平在高温下生长缓慢，不开花；在生理方面，随着温度升高，7个品种均表现为MDA含量增加、SOD活性上升、脯氨酸含量也随温度升高呈增加趋势，高温下耐热性强的品种能保持更高的SOD等保护酶活性和更低的MDA含量，并诱导产生更多的脯氨酸。

In order to filter out the variety which could grow suitably in the high temperature ,seven varieties with certain heat resistant were selected including Feishan ,Iceberg ,Blue ribbon ,Xianghuanxi ,Double delight , Xiangshuihuang ,Chicago peace ,through the cultivation and identification in the conditions of high temperature in greenhouse located at Shenzhen ,some morphological and physiological indicators were measured under nor-mal and high temperatures .The results showed that :in morphology ,seven rose varieties grew slowly under the high temperature ,Iceberg and Feishan grew better than others ,manifested in the number of flower and the quality of flowering ,but Xiangshuihuang and Chicago peace grew the most slowly and had no flower ;in the physical aspects ,as the temperature increases ,seven varieties showed an increase in MDA content ,SOD activity and proline content ,in the high temperature the heat resistant varieties could maintain higher activity of SOD , lower MDA content

目的研究丹桂香胶囊水提液超滤精制的最佳工艺。方法以黄芪甲苷及含固物含量为考察指标,通过改变超滤膜孔径、药液浓度和药液流量考察丹桂香水提液超滤工艺。结果最佳工艺确定为以0.1μm微孔滤膜、药液浓度1:4进行水提液精制,精制作用较好。结论按本工艺生产可最大程度保留丹桂香有效成分,节约生产时间,减少能源消耗,降低了生产成本,适合工业化大生产。

Objective To study optimum technology of water ultrafiltration and refining of Dan Gui Xiang capsules. Methods Astragaloside and solid content of the indexes, by changing the ultrafiltration membrane pore size, solution concentration and liquid flow study Dan Gui Xiang extract ultrafiltration process. Results The optimum determined to 0.1μmicroporous membrane, solution concentration 1:4 water extract refining, refining the role better. Conclusion According to the production process for maximum retention Osmanthus incense active ingredients, reduce production time, reduce energy consumption, reduce production costs, suitable for industrial production.
