为合理使用杀虫剂并为贵州主要烟区烟蚜的有效控制提供依据,采用浸渍法测定了贵州9个地区34个烟蚜种群对灭多威和高效氯氟氰菊酯的抗性水平。结果表明,9个地区的烟蚜对2种药剂的平均抗性倍数分别在2.53~5.13和3.15~4.44;六盘水地区烟蚜对灭多威的平均抗性达到低抗水平,毕节、黔南、安顺、铜仁、黔东南和遵义地区的烟蚜对该药处于敏感性下降水平;9个地区的烟蚜对高效氯氟氰菊酯的平均抗性均处于敏感性下降水平。34个县市中,水城、毕节、金沙、长顺、贵定、紫云、德江7个县市的烟蚜种群对灭多威达到低抗水平,抗性倍数为5.20~8.56;紫云、盘县、兴义、镇远4个县市的烟蚜种群对高效氯氟氰菊酯达到低抗水平,抗性倍数为5.39~5.82;其余县市的烟蚜对2种药剂处于敏感或敏感性下降水平。
In order to provide a basis for the reasonable application of insecticides and controlling M. per-sicae in Guizhou province,the resistance level of 34 M. persicae field populations to methomyl andλ-cyha-lothrin collected from nine districts was determined with dipping method. The results showed that com-pared with the susceptible strain, the average resistance ratio of aphids collected from nine districts to methomyl ranged from 2. 53 to 5. 13,and that toλ-cyhalothrin ranged from 3. 15 to 4. 44. For methomyl, the average resistance of aphids collected from Liupanshui developed to low level,and the average sensi-tivity of aphids collected from Bijie, Qiannan, Anshun, Tongren, Qiandongnan and Zunyi was at the de-creasing level. For λ-cyhalothrin,the average sensitivity of aphids in all nine districts was at the decrea-sing level. In all the 34 populations tested,the resistance to methomyl of aphids collected from Shuicheng, Bijie,Jinsha, Changshun, Guiding, Ziyun and Dejiang
