Root Rot Disease in Barely is the fungal disease caused by Biplaris sorokiniana and its pathogenic bacteria can be parasitized and also can be saprophyticed with strong adaptability. This paper mainly reviewed the cause of root rot disease,its biological characteristics,host range,disease symptoms,identification of the disea-ses,genetics of resistance,and measures on how to control this disease as well as the outlook of the research prospects in root rot dis-ease in barley.

当归根腐病是当归生产中的重要病害之一,分离纯化后鉴定为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium.oxysporum)为了明确中草药党参和黄芪提取液对当归根腐病的抑制作用,分别以两种中药水浸液对小当归根腐病的抑制作用进行测定。结果表明:不同浓度的中草药党参和黄芪提取液对当归根腐病菌丝生长和孢子萌发都有抑制作用,在浓度为0.50 g/mL对当归根腐病菌丝生长的抑制率为25.23%和53.48%,对其孢子萌发抑制率为51.57%和74.56%,且所有处理发生根腐病均比对照低,差异达显著水平。

Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to obtain the spectra of leaf, taproot and fibrous roots of normal and root rot pepper plants in the adult stage. The results showed that for normal and root rot pepper plants, the main components of leaves were protein and polysaccharide, and for taproots and fibrous roots they were cellulose and lignin; for root rot plants, relative to normal plants, the structure of protein and polysaccharide in leaves has been changed, the relative content for cellulose of taproots has increased while fibrous roots decreased. The above results demonstrated that FTIR may be used to distinguish the effects of the toot rot on different parts of the pepper, which provided reference for the study of pepper root rot.

小桐子镰刀菌根腐病的生物防治尚未见报道。为筛选小桐子根腐病镰刀菌拮抗芽孢杆菌,本研究从15份健康植株根际土壤分离细菌69株,从5份根腐病植株根际土壤分离细菌14株,筛选出12株高拮抗细菌并鉴定出8株枯草芽孢杆菌、2株芽孢杆菌、2株短短芽孢杆菌,其中枯草芽孢杆菌B2-1抑菌圈直径达21 mm。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌B2-1抑菌圈直径大、生长速率高,具有小桐子根腐病镰刀菌的潜在生防价值;但田间防效受物理、化学、微生物种群等因素的影响,有待进一步研究。
The biological control of Fus arium sp. of Jatrop ha c urc as has not been reported. In order to screen anta-gonistic bacillus on Fusarium sp. of Jatropha curcas, 69 strains bacteria were isolated from 15 healthy soil and 14 strains from 5 rhizosphere soil infected by Fusarium sp., subquencely 12 antagonistic strains among them were selected and identified as 8 strains Bacillus subtilis, 2 strains Bacillus sp. and 2 strains Brevibacillus brevis. Especially, there are antagonistic zone width up to 21.0 mm and quicker growth rate for Bacillus subtilis B2-1. The results show that Bacillus subtilis B2-1 has potential biocontrol value because of its diameter of inhibition is big, the growth rate is high. The effectiveness in field was influenced by physical factors, chemical factors, mocrobial population and so on, which needs be studied further.

The purpose of this study was to screen crops which volatiles and extracts showing antifungal activity, and use them for rotation to control Panaxnotoginsengroot rot. This study tested the inhibitory activity of 8 plant volatiles and extracts to Phytophthora cactorum and Fusarium solani, the casual agent of panax notoginseng root rot using mycelial growth rate method. The results revealed that the volatiles and extracts of Alliumsativum, A.epa, A.tuberosum, A.fistulosumshowed obvious inhibition activity against P.cactorum and F. solani and the inhibition activity of A. sativum was the strongest. The volatiles of Zingiber officinale, Houttuynia cordata, Coriandrum sativum and Mentha haplocalyx had little inhibition activity on P. cactorum and F.solani, sometimes accelerated colony growth when treated with low concentration.
