目的观察用输卵管通液配合口服中药调荣汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法将125例输卵管阻塞致不孕的患者随机分成两组，治疗组65例给予输卵管通液配合口服中药调荣汤治疗，对照组60例单纯行输卵管通液，疗程为3个月。结果治疗组55例治愈，治愈率为84．6％；对照组40例治愈，治愈率为66．7％；治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论输卵管通液配合口服中药调荣汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症，行之有效，值得推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods 125 patients with infertility caused by salpingemphraxis were randomly divided into the two groups.65 cases of the treatment group were treated with hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction, while 60 cases of the control group were only treated with hydrotubation.The period of treatment were 3 months. Results 55 cases in the treatment group cured and the cure rate was 84.6%,while 40 cases in the control group cured and the cure rate was 66.7%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Objective:To observe effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods: 62 patients were divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given mecobalamine, the treatment group was given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. Results:The total efficacy rate was 87.5%in the treatment group, more than 66.7%in control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05);sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV), motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) in the treatment group were better, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:The curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of DPN was significantly, especially for the“Zunrong Ren”, have obvious advantages.

[Objective] We summarizes the professor Shao Changrong''s experience in treating COPD by using "invigorating spleen and draining dampness"method. [Method] This paper analyzes the etiology, pathology, therapeutic principle and relevant case revealing about the COPD patients with insufficien-cy of the spleen and phlegmatic hygrosis. And we explain the Pro. Shao''s empirical prescription cal ed "Ping-Ke-Hua-Tan decoction". [Results] In his view, COPD attack and aggravation are related with phlegmatic hygrosis. The fundamental reason is the insufficiency of the spleen and the external reason is phlegmatic hygrosis. Its mechanism is mostly the blending of excessiveness and deficiency. [Conclusion] The"invigorating spleen and draining dampness"method is effective in treating COPD. Pro.
