The culter resources recession was found in Xingkai lake due to overfishing in the last century even though the culter grow fast and have long good growth period. In the past years, the fish stocks have recovered by many resource protection measures in Xingkai lake where the culter become a famous farmed fish, successful artificial propagation, breeding and food fish culture throughout the Northeast China region. The growth performance and immunity of Xingyi bantam fed with daily ration plus 5%A.bhotanensis powder were studied by measuring body weight,shinbone length,immune organ indexes and antibody titer of chicken against Newcastle disease to provide the theoretical basis for application of A.bhotanensis in cultivation of Xingyi bantam.The results showed that A.bhotanensis powder has the significant positive effects on body weight of Xingyi bantam with 8~20 weeks age and growth of shinbone length of Xingyi bantam with 4~20 weeks age,improves immune response,enhances immune efficacy of Newcastle disease vaccine and promotes growth of thymus,bursa fabricius and spleen.A.bhotanensis with the similar function to Astragalus membranaceus in cultivation of Xingyi bantam should be used as a Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for popularization and application.

Xingkai Lake is a boundary lake between China and Russia and the observations and research about flow field and wave field are very scarce. For studying the wave-current coupling in Xingkai Lake under typical wind condition, on the basis of analysis for wind field and characteristics of water level at Xingkai Lake, Delft-3D simulation model was first used to analyze the structure of flow field and wave field of the lake and the analysis results were compared and analyzed with the measured flow field of Taihu Lake. In addition, the formula in correlative codes was used to calculate the hydraulic characteristics of flow field and wave field and verify the numerical calculation. It is concluded that the main cause of lake sediment deposition in the north side and lakeshore erosion is the interaction of wave and current.

The Xinjiang Xingdi No. ⅡCu-Ni deposit prouduced in Xingdi No. Ⅱmafic-ultrmafic complex rock body which is located in the south of the continental crust uplift of Kuruktag Precambrian basement and the south Xingdi deep faults. A gabbro sample yielded a SIMS U-Pb zircon age of 740.2±5.7Ma(MSWD=0.85, 95% confidence level), which indicates that the Xingdi No. ⅡCu-Ni deposit(mafic-ultramafic complex) formed during the Nanhua period. It’s provide a theoretical basis to study the ore-forming era of the Xingdi No. ⅡCu-Ni deposit’s for the further seek and in-depth studies on the deposit.

On the basis of investigation data in May,July and September of 2001, variation characteristics of inorganic nitrogen (NH^4+-N,NO^3--N, NO^2--N) and phosphorus(PO4^3-P)of water in Xinkai Lake were analyzed. The eutrophication degree of water in Xinkai Lake was assessed with the potential eutrophication assessment model. The results showed that the contents of inorganic nitrogen and phoshorus varied with seasons. The annual average value of N/P was 19.57, indicating that phosphorus was deficient of waters in Xinkaihu Lake. Assessment on potential eutrophication revealed that the water quality was rich nutrient in spring, summer and autumn, and showed that nutrient levels were high and water quality was good in Xinkai Lake.
