由于方言、土语和个人发音习惯等原因,彝语"支格阿鲁"一名有许多变体,音译为汉字时书写形式更是五花八门。为了彝汉语间"支格阿鲁"一名能固定对译,以便于计算机信息处理和支格阿鲁文化研究,统一书写支格阿鲁一名突显必要,建议规范"支格阿鲁"一名的书写形式。

Because of dialect, local dialect and personal pronunciation habit, there are variants on the name of Zhige Alu in Yi language and its transliterations in chinese difer from one another. It is necessary to unify the name writing of Ihige Alu for the convenience of translation between Yi and Han languages,information processing and research on Zhige Alu culture. This paper gives some suggestions on the standard writing name of Zhige Alu.

彝族英雄史诗中的"支格阿鲁"姓名在发表或出版的学术研究论文、文学作品、学术专著、史诗或故事文本中出现了多种汉文写法,很不统一。给彝族支格阿鲁文化的保护、研究、使用、弘扬、开发与利用带来诸多不便,为了消除其名字不统一或混乱现象,必须对支格阿鲁名字进行规范统一,并应遵循科学规律,按照专有名词翻译的标准和少数服从多数的原则进行合理规范统一。本文通过使用情况进行分析,首次提出规范意见。请专家学者指正,以求科学规范使用该名词。

There are variety of Chinese versions of Zhige Alu’s name in different publications, which brings about much inconvenience in activities concerning the culture of Zhige Alu. In order to eliminate the confusion caused by this, it is necessary to regulate the Chinese written form of the name. In this paper, the authors put forward some suggestions to the normalization of the Chinese version of Zhige Alu on the principles that when writing the name, it should follow the law of science, it should be in accordance with the standards of proper nouns translation and the minorities should submit to the majorities.

基于阿昔洛韦与酶柱中的黄嘌呤氧化酶反应生成过氧化氢,继而与鲁米诺发生电化学发光反应的原理,建立了流动注射电化学发光测定阿昔洛韦的新方法,并将其应用于实际药品的检测.在pH为9.0的0.05mol/L的硼砂介质、激发电位为0.65V、鲁米诺浓度为5.00×10-4 mol/L、流速为1.90mL/min的优化条件下,测定阿昔洛韦的线性范围为0.56~22.5mg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 5,检出限为0.32mg/L,测定实际药品的相对标准偏差小于1.80%(n=9),加标回收率为95.5%~108%.

We report a new flow-injection electrochemiluminescence (ECL ) analytical method for the determination of aciclovir based on the enzymatic reaction of aciclovir by xanthine oxidase immobi-lized in a micro-column .When the sample flow s through the enzyme reactor ,the xanthine oxidase cat-alyzes aciclovir to produce hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ) .Followed by ECL reaction of H2 O2 with lumi-nol ,the acyclovir was determined in the sample .In the paper ,effects of the mobile phase ,electrolyte pH ,excitation potential ,and luminol concentration on the ECL intensity were investigated and opti-mized .The linear response of aciclovir concentrations ranged from 0 .56 to 22 .5 mg/L was obtained with a detection limit of 0 .32 mg/L .This method was successfully applied to detect the active ingre-dient of acyclovir in pharmaceutical preparations .The relative standard deviation was less than 1 .80% (n=9) and the recovery was in the range of 95 .5% ~108% for the determination of actual samples .

Albiglutide is one of the glucagon-like peptide (GLP-1) analogues, approved by the European Medicines Evalu_ation Agency (EMEA) and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in March and April 2014, respectively, for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes. Clinical studies have shown that albiglutide subcutaneous injected once a week can effectively reduce blood glucose and control weight with low risk of hypoglycaemia, slight gastrointestinal adverse reactions as monotherapy or in combination with other hypoglycemic drugs. This review summarizes its mechanism of action, pharmaco_dynamics, pharmacokinetics, clinical efficacy and safety, etc.
