Objective To explore the relationship between the Chinese Version Wechsler intelligence scale for children(C-WISC) and the Das-Naglieri cognitive assessment system(DN:CAS) in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods Thirty-two children with ADHD were evaluated with C-WISC and the digital remote assessment system——DN:CAS,and both results were administered for correlation analysis.Results The results showed that there was a strong correlation between the full intelligence quotient (FIQ) of C-WISC and the full score of DN:CAS,also the scores in Plan,Simultaneous,and Successive of DN-CAS,and the correlation coefficient was between 0.6 to 0.8.There was a strong correlation between the full score of DN:CAS and the verbal comprehension IQ (VCIQ),perceptual organization IQ (POIQ),memory/concentration IQ (M/CIQ),verbal IQ (VIQ),and performance IQ(PIQ) of C-WISC,as the correlation coefficient ranges from 0.6 to 0.8.There was also a strong correlation betw

目的 探讨高智商注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童操作性执行功能特点.方法 采用横断面研究,对符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的高智商[《中国韦氏儿童智力量表》(C-WISC)总智商≥120,于2003年12月至2010年9月北京大学精神卫生研究所门诊就诊的ADHD儿童]和普通智商(90≤FSIQ< 110) ADHD儿童各124例及与其年龄、智商相匹配的于2003年12月至2008年6月收集的医院周边学校正常对照儿童各68名,进行操作性执行功能任务测验(Sroop色词命名、数字字母连线、数字广度、汉诺塔、动物正确个数),测查执行功能的抑制、转换、工作记忆、计划、流畅性成分,采用多因素方差分析比较各组间差异.结果 高智商ADHD组在色词命名(3.18 ±0.05)、连线测验(4.38±0.55)差于高智商对照组(2.92±0.07和4.05±0.07),P<0.01;高智商ADHD组在连线、数字广度(4.86±0.13)、流畅性(23.0±0.5)优于普通智商ADHD组(4.10 ±0.07和19.9±0.5),P<0.01.结论 高智商ADHD儿童的抑制与转换能力均有受损,但较普通智商ADHD儿童,在转换、工作记忆、流畅性方面受损程度要轻;智商对ADHD操作性执行功能有保护作用.
Objective To explore the practical executive function profiles in high IQ (intelligence quotient) children and adolescents with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in a Chinese sample population.Methods For this cross-sectional study,we identified 124 outpatients aged 6.8-13.1 years with a high IQ fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for ADHD according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Ⅳ (DSM-Ⅳ),68 children and adolescents without ADHD aged 6.5-13.1 years with a high IQ matched by high IQ children and adolescents with ADHD,124 outpatients aged 6.8-13.2 years with an average IQ with ADHD and 68 normal children and adolescents aged 6.4-13.1 years with an average IQ matched by IQ.We operationalized high IQ as having a full scale intelligence quotient (IQ or FSIQ) ≥120 on Chinese version Wechsler intelligence scale for children (C-WISC) and an average IQ as 90 ≤ IQ < 110.All the above groups were matched by age.All subjects completed prac

Objective To investigate the characteristics of intelligence test of school-aged children , so as to lay foundation for formulating relative intervention measures .Methods From April 2009 to December 2012 293 school-aged children visited the child health clinic in Hechi Maternal and Child Health Hospital .The IQs of them were tested by trained MCH staff using Wechsler intelligence test scale .The distribution of IQ was observed and its influencing factors were analyzed .Results Of this group of 293 school-aged children , 134 children (45.73%) had average IQ,and 28 children (9.56%) had low IQ.There was no significant difference in mean IQ among different age groups.When the full-scale IQ of 6-year-old children was compared with that of 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11-15 years old children,t value was 1.94, 1.16, 1.51,1.25 and 0.97, respectively(all P>0.05).When the full-scale IQ of 7-year-old children was compared with that of 8, 9, 10, and 11-15 years old children,t value was 1.95, 1.61, 0.56 and

Objective To investigate the cognitive function and its relevant factors in schizophrenia. Methods We used WAIS to assess 80 patients with schizophrenia and 65 normal controls. We also investigated the clinical feature of pa-tients.Results IQ ,verbal IQ ,peiformance IQ of schizophrenia patients were significant lower than those of controls. The IQ of 75% patients are lower than that of the controls. The incidence of cognitive deficit in schizophrenia patients was 19%. The re-sult of multiple stepwise regression analysis shows :The age at onset was related to IQ. Patients with later age at onset showed higher IQ. Verbal IQ was related with the age at onset ,the types of diagnosis. Patients with later age at onset ,paranoid type showed higher verbal IQ.The course of desease was related to percomance IQ. Objective To explore the difference between urban and rural youth Chinese revised Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-RC) results .Methods Assessments were con-ducted with the WAIS-RC in 55 rural and 61 urban youths .Results The total IQ score of the WAIS-RC was significantly higher (P<0 .01) in rural (rural fashion) than urban (urban fashion) youths and the raw score of rural fashion converted into urban fashion lower (P<0 .01) .Conclusion IQ levels of urban youths were significantly higher than those of rural ones ,IQ test of rural youths with higher educational level should adopt urban-fashion WAIS-RC .

Objective Using twins methods to explore the influence of genetic and environmental factor on Intelligence develop-ment of children and adolescent twins .Methods It was 190 pair of twins aged 6 to 18 who lived in Chongqing were recruited ,DNA were extracted from buccal mucosa and venous blood samples to identify zygosity .The intelligence was investigated by using the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(C-WISC) ,the intrapair correlation coefficients of twins were compared and calculate the genetic degrees .Results The total IQ of children aged 6 to 18 heritability were 0 .63 ,Verbal IQ were 0 .44 ,Performance IQ were 0 .57 .The total IQ heritability of children aged 10 to 14 and 15 to 18 years(0 .78 ,0 .79) were higher than that of those aged from 6 to 9 years(0 .018) .Conclusion This study suggested the intelligence of children aged 6 to 18 affected by genetic and environment , and the older ,the more influence of genetic on intelligence development .
